1. To be used after bathing on a wet face and body.
2. Use scrub to exfoliate and massage the skin gently with sponge.
3. After scrubbing rinse off
4. Follow up by using a body moisturizer.

Exfoliate 2 times weekly! (Always exfoliate for faster and effective results).
